1. Bikes and Vehicle Purchases
Because inventory units may be titled, assembled, reserved, or specially prepared, all bike sales should be treated as final unless Volt Rush USA confirms otherwise in writing before delivery.
2. Parts and Accessories
Unused, uninstalled parts or accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days if they are in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Special Orders
Special-order items, custom parts, electrical components, and installed components are generally non-returnable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate exchange, replacement, or store-credit solution.
5. Return Approval
