1. Seller and listing

Seller’s legal/business name and contact information match the invoice. Exact model year, variant, color, battery and included equipment are written down. Genuine product claim was independently checked with the manufacturer or distributor. Listing, price, promises and messages were saved. Return deadline, condition rules, freight and restocking terms were read.

2. Identity and ownership evidence

Frame/vehicle identifier is legible and shows no visible alteration. Identifier matches invoice, bill of sale and MCO/MSO or title exactly. Manufacturer, model and year agree across bike and records. Ownership assignments form an understandable chain to the seller. Restrictions or off-road-use statements were read—not hidden or ignored. Intended registration agency was asked what documents it requires.

3. Bike condition

Bike and packaging were photographed before assembly or handoff. Frame, fork, wheels and visible wiring were inspected for shipping damage. Tires were checked for condition, seating and seller/model-specified pressure. Front and rear brakes operate and controls return/move normally. Battery seats and latches as designed; connectors show no obvious damage. Charger label and connector match the supplied battery/system. Display, lights and other fitted controls complete a basic function check. Included keys, charger, manuals, tools and loose parts were inventoried.

4. Warranty and support

Legal entity providing the warranty is named. Complete written terms were supplied before payment. Coverage start, duration and component-specific limits are clear. Exclusions, maintenance duties and modification treatment were read. Diagnostic, labor, parts, shipping and transport responsibility are stated. Claim contact and denial/escalation process are saved.

5. Price, financing and payment

Itemized out-the-door quote includes price, freight, assembly, taxes and fees. Cash price, down payment, amount financed, APR, term and total of payments are clear. Costs for tools, setup, transport, gear and expected maintenance were considered. Payment method is traceable and receipt names the purchased bike. No blank, contradictory or unread documents are being signed.

6. Delivery and handoff

Responsible party for freight damage and claim deadline is known. Assembly/pre-delivery work included is listed in writing. Safe transport method, loading equipment and tie-down points are planned. Odometer/display reading, identifiers and condition are recorded at handoff. Seller and buyer each receive the final signed transaction records.

7. Intended use

Property/land manager permission is confirmed for off-road riding. Government classification, licensing, equipment, insurance and registration questions were directed to responsible authorities. Protective gear, training and rider fit were considered separately from seller claims. No seller promise is being treated as a guarantee of legal road use.
